What good is data if you can’t use it?
One of the most significant challenges facing enterprise customers today is creating solutions with extraordinarily high data ingestion rates. We helped the Walt Disney Company design and build a scalable, queryable solution for a unified enterprise-wide data access approach.
Enterprise-wide data means data of different shapes on the same pipeline. We used Apache Cassandra to provide resilient and high-availability data access, ingested from various sources using Apache Spark, and indexed to Apache SOLR for faceted and text search.
We ran the entire stack in the cloud on AWS EC2 and AWS Serverless infrastructure.

RESTful Queries
Relying on standards for RESTful services such as REST-friendly RSQL, and JSON-LD for describing the data, we developed a rock-solid, fully automated and tested Java solution. Code changes automatically deployed to the AWS Serverless stack with Cloud Formation.
Even outside of healthcare, customers routinely leverage our experience in healthcare (HIPAA) to help protect sensitive personally identifiable information.
